Day 1

Breakfast: Chocolate drink mix. Tasty, with a kind of metallic after taste. This will probably become a staple of my diet. One multi-vitamin and one supplement.

Lunch: Vanilla peanut bar. Yum. Five spears of romaine. Meant to eat some cauliflower, but of course left it at home....

Supper: Two egg omelette with asparagas and side of cauliflower and romaine spears.

Snack: Dark chocolate pudding mix. I was disappointed, it really didn't seem to have much flavor. Hoping the milk chocolate one is a bit sweeter and more chocolate-y.

Hungry at 10:30 a.m., but that's not really unusual. Need to start guzzling the water to keep the tummy feeling full.

REALLY hungry by 11:30. Mom and I went to Hy-Vee and stocked up on asparagas, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach. Also bought a couple Walden Farms products to try.

Hungry again this afternoon, but not as bad. Looking forward to a little steak and asparagas at dinner.

Dinner plans changed of course, but my omelette was tasty. Although I think I'll just do scrambled eggs and roasted asparagas next time - I just don't like vegetables in my eggs.

Snack was kind of disappointing and I went to bed hungry with a slight headache, but not sure how much of that is attributable to TOM as well.

Day 1 successfully complete!
